It's amazing how far we've come since 1989 when the studio was located in the cool hills of Mandeville, Jamaica. Just out of College with my degree in Music, little did I know the roller coaster ride my students and I would be on! With the kids to lead the way I ventured into group music classes, band classes, ensemble classes, recitals indoor and outdoor, performing at openings in Movie theatre, schools, churches, concert halls in Jamaica and the National Art Centre in Canada! From my joy of teaching, I went further to connect with students moving our studio Online in 2013. We see the results when after 3 years online, our kids achieved the most distinctions in Jamaica for any studio in 2016 surpassing results of the past. We continue to have the youngest child on the island receiving distinction at age 6 and have achieved 100% pass rate in Canada as well in the Royal Conservatory Exams. Music does make smarter kids!
